Privacy policy

Strong & Rooted is a static website. There are no accounts, and no personal information is collected directly except the email address you choose to give me.

The plan and the mailing list

If you sign up for The 4-Week Indoor Walking Plan, your email address is stored with my email provider and used to send you the plan and occasional notes about movement, sleep and strength. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately. I do not sell, rent, or share the list — and given the category this site sits in, I want to say that as plainly as possible: your email address is not a product here.

Health information

I never ask you for health information, and you should not send me any you would not want in an ordinary email inbox. Nothing here is a patient relationship, and nothing you write to me is protected the way something you tell your doctor is.
